Once the Hue and Saturation step is completed, the image is done and ready to be saved for later use. To save the image, all layers will need to flattened into one layer that can no longer be altered. To flatten the layers, go to the menu bar and select Layer-->Flatten Image and this will combine all of the work you have done on the image.

Now that the image is flattened, you can save it to your computer for later use.
To save it to your computer, go to the menu bar and select File-->Save As and name the file whatever you want it to be, but be sure to save the file as either a JPEG or a PNG because those are the formats that work best with graphics. Then just select where you want to save it to and you are done with your image.
